You should plan on getting rid of the things that you haven’t used for months and don’t really need. Sort through the stuff you have and you will discover that you can actually live on lesser things. Over time, it is very easy to buy and accumulate things and not actually use all of them.

Have a notebook

Aside from having numbers listed on your phone or tablet, it is still advisable to have a notebook where everything is there. You can also make lists of tasks you need to do. Sometimes it makes it easier to remember things once you right them down.

Delegate tasks

Keep in mind that you don’t have to do everything alone and you need to delegate tasks to your family members or ask your friends for help. Your next door neighbour can even help out by watching over the kids while you do the packing and the cleaning. Do not hesitate to ask for help.

Do not forget about yourself

It’s easy to lose time for yourself during this busy time. You won’t even have time to exercise or eat properly. You need both exercise and food to keep yourself going through the day especially when you have to move and do almost all of the work. Don’t let yourself become overwhelmed with all of the things on your list. Keep your thoughts organised. When you do them one by one, you will realize that you do have enough energy for all of them as long as you eat and exercise.
